On Saturday me and my mum made Tongan pancakes (La'i keke). Mum had to make the mixture of flour and sugar, then put oil first into the frying pan waited it to sizzle then we poured the mixture. I poured a big pancake and waited for it be cooked. We made 12 pancakes for me and my brothers I had fun because it was my first time cooking Tongan pancakes (La'i keke).

DeleteYUMMY looking La'i keke, Blessing. I wish that I could make these with my kids here at home too. I bet they tasted scrumptious too. What other things have you made during lockdown with your family?
ReplyDeleteTake care. Be safe.

Blessing .... yum! I wish I was in your bubble. I think I am going to try to make these. I have loved seeing your smiling face in our hang outs. Keep up the good work.
