Cause and effect paragraphs

The baby was blinded by a baseball helmet when he crouched down.  Suddenly he stood up and ran accidently banging his head on the door.

The boy was going to throw the ball but he was holding on to the leash. He threw the ball the fell flat on his face because he did not let go of the leash.

One day a girl lost control of her balance because she was on a narrow plank feeding ducks. 

She got soaking wet.
